Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy
The customer may cancel their order within 24 hours after payment confirmation, directly through the customer account area at https://shopify.com/101172478292/account. After this period, cancellation will no longer be possible, although the customer may request an exchange or return under the terms set out below.
As provided by law, Saquito allows the exchange or return of items within 14 days after delivery of the order, provided that the items meet certain requirements, namely:
- the items are in their original packaging;
- the items show no signs of use, handling or alteration;
- the items are returned with all original documentation, including the invoice and packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The Customer may deliver the items in person at Saquito’s premises or send them by carrier or registered post.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt and validation of the returned item.
Defective Products
If the item received has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the item ordered, the Customer must report the situation within 15 days from delivery, clearly and through a means that can be used as proof, via https://shopify.com/101172478292/account or by email to geral@saquito.pt.
In this case, Saquito will bear the costs of collection and reshipping. The Customer may request, at their choice, the repair of the item, an exchange for an equivalent item, a price reduction or a full refund. The return must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
Warranty
The products sold by Saquito are covered by the legal two-year warranty from the date of delivery, under Decree-Law No. 67/2003 of 8 April, as currently in force.
Exclusions
Items made according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are not subject to the right of free withdrawal.
